This class is offered in-person in the Napa Valley, and can be adapted to specific wine varietals or as a complement to a tasting.

Using the Slow Scent® Method created by Mandy Aftel, this three-hour course focuses on 18 botanical materials used in natural perfumery. Participants create their own unique perfume, and leave with a natural perfumery guide, scent wheel, and the book, Essence & Alchemy.

This class is offered in-person in the Napa Valley, or can be brought to your home in the Bay Area for an additional cost.
